Our Partners: A Collaborative Mission for Transformation
Paid in Full California (PIFC) is honored to work alongside a network of dedicated partners who share our commitment to faith-based education and moral rehabilitation within the California prison system. Prison Seminary Foundation (PSF) provides us with the proven Angola model, offering expert guidance on how to implement this transformative program within California’s correctional facilities. SUM Bible College and Theological Seminary (SUM) delivers the educational foundation, offering an accredited Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Theology to incarcerated students at Mule Creek State Prison. Together, we ensure that students receive a high-quality education that prepares them to become spiritual leaders and mentors within their facilities.
Our partnership with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is essential, as it allows PIFC to operate inside state prisons, bringing hope and restoration where it is needed most. In addition, both Bibles 4 Change and Malachi Dads (Lifeline Global Ministries) provide Bible study materials and practical ministry training that are essential components of our Train-the-Trainer model. These programs give students opportunities to lead peer-led classes and discipleship groups, strengthening their ability to minister on the yard and fostering a culture of spiritual leadership and personal transformation. Through these strategic partnerships, PIFC is equipping incarcerated individuals to become agents of change, bringing lasting moral and cultural renewal to California’s prisons.
Prison Seminaries Foundation (PSF) believes that the greatest asset in any department of corrections system is the morally rehabilitated inmate.

They see a world where individuals in prison can regain their dignity and self-worth to become powerful agents of change for good, transforming their lives and the lives of those around them
California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation and Mule Creek State Prison have partnered with Paid in Full California to provide classroom space, recommend and approve AIC’s for the program, and place graduates in positions throughout the prison system.
SUM is a fully accredited Bible College and Theological Seminary whose purpose is to raise up Pentecostal ministry leaders through the Jesus Model of Leadership.
SUM Bible College and Theological Seminary (SUM) equips indigenous leaders from America and the nations of the world by offering an affordable theological education, combining academic instruction with practical hands-on ministry and personal mentorship. Our mission empowers these leaders to be instruments of change in their communities.
Bibles 4 Change, founded in 2011, provides high-quality study Bibles to inmates in 13 states and offers faith-based educational programs in prisons. In 2019, the organization launched the Christian Anger Management Project (CAMP), a seven-month, 60-hour course approved by the Departments of Correction in California and Texas, now taught in two California prisons and six in Texas. In 2021, they introduced "Written in Red," a one-year, 104-hour study of the four Gospels. Both programs follow a "Train-the-Trainer" model, allowing seminary students from Paid in Full California to equip incarcerated men to lead classes and mentor others.
Malachi Dads, a ministry of Lifeline Global, is a curriculum designed to help incarcerated fathers rediscover their purpose, embrace their biblical role, and work toward reconciliation with their children. Based on Malachi 4:6, the program encourages fathers to engage through letters, phone calls, and personal conversations, often culminating in events like the Returning Hearts Celebration. This multi-book series can be led by inmates or volunteers, depending on the facility, and is structured to guide participants in spiritual growth and practical application. The program fosters healing, responsibility, and the restoration of family relationships from behind prison walls.
